Additional family information (form imm5406)

On from imm5406 for spousal sponsorship, there is a section about children: "CHILDREN (include ALL sons and daughters including All adopted and step-children, regardless of age or place of residence)" My wife is filling out this form as the principal applicant, but I (the sponsor) have children from my previous marriage, They are grown ups and are Canadian citizens. Should my wife include the names of my children as step-children in this section? Thank you for the help.
