additional evidence request

hello everyone, i got additional evidence request regarding physical presence. my physical presence is 1099. i did flagpole at canada usa border for work permit application. i didn’t mentioned this entry in application. the attached another entry at pearson international airport but i never been to that airport and i was in canda during this. they requested passport pages and recalculated physical presence days. i dont know what to do with another entry thats not mine. i send them back same day they requested via email. how long they took to receive it and updated on tracker thanks
