Hi, I got the same request additional documents message in my status, but not seeing any request in CIC messages as well as in my mail. am very scary now as its already five months over, if any documents they ask, i dont know how long i am going to wait.

Hello, i had same issue. "We need additional doc to process.." is showing up but no message in message section. When i clicked on "view submitted application" , use of rep form was showing a link which means they require new imm 5476(rep form) form.
So, guys do check your submitted doc links even if you don't see any message or confirm from cic either by call or by email. Better to ensure than delay of providing document.

I also think these are no glitches in some cases, there are many updates yesterday and today in peoples profiles, a lot of movement in processing BG check and additional docs section. Good noticing.
Has anyone been able to reach CIC on phone concerning this glitch? If yes, what was their response? I tried calling without luck, i gathered afterwards that one can only call within Canada.

On my CIC account, it says, "your application has been approved, see the message below for details" but no message in CIC or in email. But I really hope this turns out to be true

When i submitted the application the additional section documnent was NA . On 2nd june medicals passed and the status chnaged to "we do not need any additional documents"
Now after system upgrade it says"We need additional documents to process your application. Check your messages below for details."
This seems to be a glitch. No new message or email.
