I am a Permanent Resident of Canada and residing in Canada for the past 1 year.
When the PR application was filed my Passport had only my Given name on it so I only put my Given Name in the application.
I recently renewed my passport and added my husband's Surname.
Now, I would want to add my Surname on my PR card.
What is the process?
If I file for a new PR card now, how much is the wait time and if I can still travel to India on my Old PR card when my new PR is under process.
Will there be any issue if my old PR card and new passport has name difference as no Surname on old PR card. OR if I carry both my old +new passport it is fine?
