Hello Guys, I need your help for information. I had ADR in july and submitted Documents already. They also requested my spouse (outside canada) police certificate as well. My question is recently there are changes for PC like before we submitting PC from commissioner office and now there is change that have to request from Govt of India/ministry of external affairs. As my husband is not here from where (in india) he have submit Police certificate?

Police clearance certificate can be obtained by applying in the nearest passport seva kendras

yes Vac was opened last month in Nigeria. so everything on my application is complete. but IRCC said the app is put on hold cos my spouse is outland.

Even Everything thing is passed on my file since march but they r not issuing ppr coz spouse is outland and its been 34 months now

This is beyond acceptable. They won't approve visitor visa/work permit for spouse, won't issue COPR.
