Sometime this January, I was able to call IRCC, and they told me that I have already passed the eligibility and criminality stage.
I was also informed by the IRCC agent that tmy CSEs last Nov 15 were rejected for the reason that no documents were attached on the enquiries (which is weird since I have received acknowledgment emails from them last Nov. 22).
According to the agent, when I sent the Marriage certificate last December 5, that's the only time they were able to also see the other documents I sent last November.
Until now, my husband is not yet added as a dependent on my CIC account.
My file has been moved to Ottawa local visa office from Sydney after I added spouse to my file. Applied for GCMs note because I am a little worried. I and my friend applied pnp sask in Jan 2019 she got her PR Jan 2020 although she didn’t add spouse just me. I hope I get the PR before June. Anyone with similar timelines or similar situation?

I have ques.. I became stress when received email from IRCC that my spouse is not added in the system yet.. I sent all docs for my spouse in May 2019. I called them to ask my spouse info like whats going on but CIC asked needed consent (representative form) from my spouse so I sent them and they sent this reply. Any one have info regarding this or similar experience?
My note shows everything passed before my case transfer, because I changed my marriage status during that, they see me as not eligible any more, and sent my case to my lvo to re-check my eligibility from beginning.
In my case they told me eligibility is passed, I called cic they said your spouse background check is going on, when i ask them how many more months it will take because its been 9 months since i added. They was like It will take few more months. That’s all.

I have applied through OINP masters stream.
I applied on July 19 and Got my AOR on Aug 19. I got Married in December 19 and requested to add my wife on January. 14, 2020.
On January 17, 2020 i received a mail which includes the follow info
"MEDICALS: You and your dependents are required to be medically examined, if you did not do so already"
On January 18, 2020, I received another mail from cic agent that all the supporting document for adding my wife has been forwarded to the officer.
On January 20, 2020 I my wife was added as a dependent on my cic account.
The medical request i received was only for me? or also for my wife too?
PS. I am in Canada and my wife is back in my native country

My file was transferred to Winnipeg in November 2019..nothing after that.
I added spoaue in sep . And got her biometrics request in Oct. Done upfront medical for her in Oct as well. It's not updated yet.. as file is in Winnipeg.
They say my eligibility is passed,
spouse criminality is passed, mine in
process.
Security not started yet. And ofcouse all of this was done in main office.

I stayed there with my wife for 9 months and then came back to Canada in August 2019. I added my wife to pnp application in August 2019. CIC asked for our medicals and we passed them in Oct 2019. After that, they asked for additional documents and all of them were sent. Since then we are waiting for their reply.
My only concern is will my PR get refused due to staying outside of Canada for so long?

inland sinp (economic ) post-grad work permit. added spouse after 8months of federal processing. i submitted all documents via webform same day i informed ircc of the marriage update.
