I received an email from CIC asking us to submit additional documents + Medical Exam. It says
all the information/documents must be uploaded through my account. If you are unable to upload them e-mail the items to IRCC (attachment max. size of 5MB) within 60 days from the date of this letter. Please quote you complete application number on the subject line of your e-mail and address your correspondence to the Etobicoke IRCC. Thank you for the interest you have shown in Canada. CIC-Etobicoke-Stat-Reqs@cic.gc.ca
As I applied my PR application by mail, my PR application was not linked to my account before. Yesterday I linked PR application with my account successfully, but there were no messages for me to upload my documents. I also emailed my documents to
CIC-Etobicoke-Stat-Reqs@cic.gc.ca, but I have not received any reply or proof that they received my email. I called IRCC, it still says they need additional documents. I also submitted my additional documents through webform, and then I got an email says they will NOT forward to the local office and I need to follow the instructions on the request letter from Etobicoke IRCC.
Does anyone in the same situation as mine by any chance?
