Even i got this questionnaire in feb 2018 .try in explain about marriage event in few words and add pics of your marriage .Invitation of your marriage and if you dont have chats inn english .change your status of you and your spouse in Facebook .keep screen shots of your friends comments . It will work

Yes .You will option to select married to place and date . so it will show as a event on your facebook page.and wait for a day so you can have comments from your friends and you can keep the screen shots of it .

No worries . I didn't wrote any letter ,i got a questionnaire and i had answered for each one with proofs .Example place of my marriage . i have given answer and added my weeding card as proof.Asked where you went after marriage .Explained the places i went and i had some online bookings with me, kept screen shots of it .In such a way i have answered all the Q/A.

I think they asked you to send as letter format .Try to explain in your own words addressing each of the example he said and give all the proofs what you have .It should be fine

“The client's application has been forwarded to our partners in the Domestic Network for further review. They will be contacted by that office further in due course. The file was sent to the local IRCC office in Etobicoke on August 14, 2018.”

Should I consider this as good news? Will I get final approval soon?
