Adding spouse to existing PNP PR Application

Hello Guys,
Does the PR expires? I got mine recently but it says the document is valid till certain period does this mean I have to reapply to become a permanent residence once the PR document expires or what document could they be talking about?

I have a question regarding adding spouse to existing application.
I am going to get married soon and I would like to add my spouse in my application. Is it better to marry her now and add her to my file or is it better to marry her after i get my PR and apply later.
I am in confused situation now.
Please reply me if someone went through similar situation or know someone added their spouse while the application is being processed.

MR for both- June' 2018
Additonal Docs Req: June 2018
Case Transferred to Vancouver VO - June'2018
MP-Jul' 2018
Proof of Relationship - Aug 2018
Case Transferred to Etobicoke VO

waiting for PPR!

Any comments is it a positive sign that my file got transferred to ETOBICOKE .
should i expect PPR by the end of this week ?

Did you applied for owp for her when you added her on pr or you applied after adding her?
Do you have a noc o,a,b job?
Or no need to be in noc o,a,b when our pr is being processed?

hello i ma dec 2016 applicant, aor 9 feb ,added spouse in dec 2017, got medical on 8 jan 2018 just me not a wife, i applied for owp for wife in January ,she got open work permit in march.

Do you have job in noc 0,a,b category to sponsor owp for your wife or we don’t need after adding her to our profile?

After nearly 3 months of providing additional documents about my wife, my additional documents status changed from "We are reviewing the additional documents you've provided" to "Not applicable".

Seems like the only thing remaining is the background check, but I can't say for sure.

AOR: Aug 2016
Medical Request: June 2017
Add Dependents: July 2017(got married added my wife's name)
Medical Dependent: Upfront on Dec 2017
Dependent fee: Fee Jan 2018
Questionaries Request: Feb 14, 2018(question list about marriage details)
Security Started: Feb 18
PPR Req: May 14.
Passport sent: MAy 15.

It took me almost 23 months to complete my process.

Got my PPR request on Friday. 24 months in total. Sent documents for my wife in September 2017, wife's name got added in January 2018.

Did you have a relationship interview.Im just asking if adding spouse will go through a relationship interview.Thanks

I think u should wait
Ur application will be done soon.
Once u add the spouse it will take long for sure
As new dependent means everything starts fresh for the dependent.
N ur file will be on hold untill ur wife is cleared

in my case
i applied for pnp pr (paper file) in nov 2016. got aor 2nd feb 2017,
got married in nov 2017, added my wife in mid of december 2017 , after two days her name added to my file.
so now how long i have to wait 21 months from nov 2016 or 21 months from dec 2017.
still waiting for my medical
