1. Must I include a photocopy of a second photoed ID in addition to my passport (like my medical insurance card)? I looked at the cit0007e checklist again and it says "photocopy of personal identification," and the instruction guide says the same. I'd like to make sure if my passport counts as the ID that I need already, if they only require one.
2. If I must provide a second photoed ID, can I mail it as soon as possible? What should I say in this additional submission? Do I need a write a letter to explain my situation?

photocopies of all valid and expired passports or travel documents you had in the past 5 years. If you don’t have these documents or there are gaps in time between travel documents, we will ask for an explanation.

photocopies of 2 pieces of government issued identification with your name, date of birth and photograph
if you had a passport in the past 5 years:
photocopies of 1 piece of government issued identification with your name, date of birth and photograph

You can't send anything until you have AOR as there is no way to link the new material to the application number allocated to the first submission. This is notified to you by the AOR.
What is the turnover for AOR?
Is it approximately 4weeks post delivery? Do we get an email acknowledging the AOR?

Hi,
I think what you mean is, if a copy of your PR card is required. The answer is 'NO' it's not required in your application package but you will have to bring your original PR card to the test and oath later on.

I sent my application and received an AOR recently.
However I feel I have missed out of attaching the 2nd page of my biographical pages of my passport. That page has no information like name, date of issuance, place of issuance but it has my signature.
Since my application is accepted and I have an Application #, can I submit my biographical pages again with a letter explaining the reason to submit it? Or should I wait for their response.
If I should send it, anything other than my Application #, UCI # and Name that I should be mentioning, so that this additional document is linked/attached to my file.

Hi, I am currently in your situation forgot to add a photo ID (PR Card) for my son in citizenship application. Hi, I am currently in the same situation. I saw on the tracker that you became a citizen, and the dates match the original application. I'm assuming they either asked for an additional ID or processed your application with only the PR card and the Passeport, but I am still a little stressed about it.
