Activate LMIA in Alberta

Hi everyone!

With a positive LMIA and job offer, my family are in Portugal and I am Canada, I need to go there and pick up my family and come back to Canada

Do we need to activate LMIA-WP together? or Can I first turn it on, and my family coming next months?

Are there any paper takes else besides LMIA + Job offer?

Sorry for the question. I have a LMIA positive and I will need active it next month because my actual work permit expire in May. My family is there and I am here in Canada.

My question is if I could to activate my LMIA-WP and then my family come here in summer and get them a same permit

or we need to be together the first time when active LMIA-WP?

You can apply for work permit toghether, but I would suggest you do it first, once you have the work permit on hand they will get the work permits for sure based on yours.
