first of all, I think this forum is outstanding and I am impressed with how much help you can find just by clicking threw previous threads.
I'm sure somebody might have asked this question already but I need some clarification regarding my online account.
After I've submitted my Schedule A background check and the police certificates, it still says that my action is required, however when I go to "Documents provided by client" it says "Replacement provided".
So do I have to worry that there might have been an issue in the submitting process because it still says that my action is required, or am I just paranoid and thats totally normal?
It would be great if someone could share their experience with that.
In the thread for Accra we are noticing the same. Mine is actually blank for documents. Others say other things .Must be a glitch . We went through this before with medicals also.
