Accompanying common-law partner - if get married after AOR

I declared my common-law partner when submitted my application. She is NOT going to accompanying me to Canada due to employment reason. We are considering getting married. If we get married before my express entry application is approved, do I need to update IRCC about our marriage? Is this going to delay my application?
