I submitted my EE profile with my common law partner. Is it a problem that we get married after ITA? All I know is providing evidence for common law is way more complicated than marriage. However we plan to get married by the end of this year. Thanks a lot!
This won't be a problem. Just let IRCC know, via CSE, that you've got married, and send them a copy of the marriage licence.
As your common-law partner is already a co-applicant, it's only a matter of changing the status of your relationship on the application, which is easy.
