Accidentally Deleted Letter of Explanation Slot

Greetings Seniors,

I need you help.

2 minutes ago I accidentally deleted the upload section that ask for Letter of Explanation. I have not found a way to make the box re-appear :-[

Is there any place in the application to upload this Letter of Explanation. This is my final upload information and then I would pay the fees and wait.

Please answer as soon as you are able to.

Can I merge the Letter of Explanation with another document such as my police report and explain that I accidentally deleted the slot and had to include
it in this upload?

Apparently it was a technical issue. I saw where another member had similar issues with the missing LOE tab and they were told to use another browser. I followed the instruction and the tab appeared in the new browser.
