Another question: my wife is the primary applicant for EE and she got the ITA in draw 13. Now, we both have relatives in canada. In the document checklist, while submitting the Application, it asks for relatives information only under her section (primary applicant).
Would it okay if we submit papers only for her relatives? In EE, i suppose there are no CRS points for relatives, right?

Yes. No points under CRS for Canadian relatives. But you still get 5 points under FSW program eligibility for having Canadian relatives.
If you reach 67/100 without needing those 5 points, you don't need to mention any relatives in Canada. If you can't reach 67/100 without those 5 points, you'll need to necessarily include those relatives who contribute towards those points.
Of course, if they happen to be blood relatives (parents, siblings, children), you'll have to declare that regardless of those 5 points.
