I am an international student from Spain, who has been accepted at a uni in Québec, and with admission confirmation pending at UBC .I am very interested on both of them, but I still do not know the final conditions -I might be more interested in this last one if it offers me good finantial conditions. I would like to get the Certificat d'Acceptation du Québec, which might take some time, so it will be in time for September. Will having requested the CAQ have a negative effect on obtaining the visa for UBC, in case I get accepted there?
