Yes, WES does assess ACCA affiliate as a bachelor degree. It does not matter whether you are an affiliate or a member. I myself got assessed as an Affiliate in April 2017 and only became a member in June 2017. So don't worry
I submitted the WES ECA last week. I sent all my acca and cat certificates from here and asked ACCA to send a copy of transcript directly to WES which they have.
Really hope that they do not question my membership or oxford brooks bachelor's degree which i do not have.
I have also sent the CAT and ACCA certificates (membership as well as cetificate of fundamentals and advance level) but now WES is asking for CAT final certificate and examination details.

I have sent the CAT certificates i.e. intro, intermediate and advanced level to WES but they are asking for the final certificate which I don't have. I
enquired ACCA and as per them, they will send the letter of good standing which confirms that I have completed all of the CAT exams.
The second option suggested is to get CAT status by paying a fee, however, this process will take almost 3 months to complete. I don't want to waste this much of time as I will lose 5 points of age.
Secondly, the transcript ACCA has sent to WES already contains the detail of CAT examinations and I have asked WES to please recheck the documents as a transcript for CAT is already included.
Based on above, I am hopeful that if WES will assess CAT as a one-year diploma, I'll be able to claim points for "two or more degree"

Thanks, Sam for your best wishes. On my request, WES has rechecked the document, accepted the transcripts previously sent by ACCA. Now pending is the final certificate for which ACCA will release the letter of good standing to WES within 10 working days.
I will share the outcome for other's learning as I have noticed that majority ask the questions on such forums, and then never come back and share their experiences.
BTW congratulations to you on getting ITA. Wish you best of luck.
