i think you should raise one anyway. It doesn't hurt to ask especially that they have exceeded their processing times.

My second application is in process. I will take chance as bet. Maximum what i will loss one semester fees 5000 dollars but what if i get visa second third or forth time till august 2022? Its life changjng decision so i will go for online with that hope study permit ger second time or third four five six Maximum attempts till AUGUST 2022

Guys, just a question out of curiosity, if someone has a student visa and it’s on their passport (before their travel date they decide not to go for some reason), what will happen?
will they have to cancel the visa? Like send a sort of cancellation letter to the IRCC?
