But if the review was passed in gcms why did I get a new LOA request on 29th March even though i am studying online from Sep 2020. I don't think gcms is of any help.
Here is my timeline:
Upfront Medical: 17th August
Applied 24th August
Biometric 28th August
18 November: Medical Passed
18 November: Eligibility Review Started
14 December: Background Check Started
21 December: Call from Embassy
19 January: AIP
29 March: new LOA Request

If it was an upfront medical that got updated it still can go both ways. If you did not do it upfront and were asked to do medicals it mostly ends up being positive.
Server is under maintenance as advised on login page. It should have got completed 10 mins back but guess it is delayed. In most cases after maintenance lot of people start receiving decisions or updates so lets see how it goes.
If it was an upfront medical that got updated it still can go both ways. If you did not do it upfront and were asked to do medicals it mostly ends up being positive.
This infact is a positive scenario if the VO uses some logic. It can be said that you have a family to go back to in your permanent country of residence and will not overstay.
