Anyone got refusal after a good wait from receiving the BVL? usually I see refusals immediately after BVL (or even at the same time)

SDS or NON?
If SDS then Canada, if NON then New Delhi.

I am quite sure that your file was handled by Ottawa and not Abu Dhabi.

Sorry, I think I responded to a wrong message earlier.. Below is my status
May 10th Applied
May 17th Biometric updated
May 18th Medical updated
June 10th received Biometric Validity Letter
No updates after this.

Did you get your ppr yet?

From another thread I understand that all who applied through SDS in May it went to CPC Canada (Ottawa), non SDS went to New Delhi.

"Since 2 months none have received any decision. Very handful got decision in may end. Whoever have received BVL in mid may or earlier are waiting after BVL. Only the ones who have recently given biometrics are getting decision"

That’s true , which makes me wonder if one file under SDS while physically being in UAE. I am sorry if i missed but when you applied were you in India or UAE ?

Applied from India, Biometric in UAE as India was closed.

I downloaded TalkU , got a Canadian number and credit for 1000 Rs .. Be ready to wait for 30-45 mins before you connect to an agent.. Keep your UCI and application number handy.. Rest just follow the instructions .. good luck
