Has anyone applied for extension to submit your passport and received a reply from ADVO? How long did it take?

I emailed them for a months extension on 1st of September. Still no reply.

The decision to grant you an extension will depend on the reason you've given to request for the extension. I suggest you keep a plan B ready in case you do not hear from them in time or they refuse to give you the extension

Seems like you opted for courier delivery to your place. I opted for self pickup from VAC so could be a different status for me

So it looks like only handful of people got their status approved today. Abu dabi is really cutting it short. I wouldnt mind waiting if it wasnt for the fact that i was instructed to buy a ticket and send it with the passport. Sucks. Hope i get passport back before flight on 24th sep!

I received my passport. Visa was issued on the 29th of august before the EID holiday !

You will receive your passport way before the 24th. In my case , the visa was issued on the 29th ( submitted 13th) but I think collection took more time because of the eid holiday.

Wasnt ADVO, was ottawa when they issued my ppr. Many got the same. Seems to be a mistake, but you cant tell and its not like advo answers mails or calls if one wants to ask, so i just bought it.

Good news, how you are getting the information? Which submission dates are getting approvals?
