30days to deliver your passport not expiration of copr

I totally agree! Though receiving the PPR was something I have waited for a long time, having to see my family's faces when I told them that we have to cancel our holidays because we won't have our passports, was heart breaking. The kids really look forward to spending their summer vacation outside Dubai. The hope was to still give them this once I have my new visa employment ready, so we can do something during the Eid holidays, but as of now I am unsure if that will happen too.

heard there is a VFS office in Doha also, didnt know that... they are getting passports back in like 10 calendar days... urghhh

In my pr mail it was mentioned a number of vo send to,i think doha,oman,abudhabi and somewhere else was metioned

if there are any corrections with our application, they would send us an email by this time, right? like if they rejected my photos that i've sent to them. today is day 15 for me since they got my passport

I tried sending them an email last week. Got an automated reply stating that they will respond within 15 business days. Have received no reply so far.

Applicants from Doha are now having the PR/COPR issued by other VO outside GCC, due to current diplomatic fallout in the region. There were a few which got caught in the middle when the crisis first started, but it took them close to a month to get their passports back purely because of the logistics (mail shipments across borders).

i raised a CSE today, and sent another mail to VFS.. so far apart from this i called VFS also, and sent mail to abu dhabi visa office...

not sure what else is remaining to do lol...

Nothing is going to work. Apparently no one checks this type of emails and all we can do is just wait...

I don't know if the question I'm about to ask has been answered on a separate thread, but do applicants have their CIC accounts updated to 'Approved' status even before receiving the PPR, or only after submission of their passports for the CoPR?

It is only after submission of passports for stamping and after the passports are stamped. Once CIC account says approved, your passports are stamped and ready for collection
