I know one guy who got rejected twice, once regarding PCC and once regarding some inconsistencies in his traveling timelines. And now he is applying for the third and last time as his PNP will soon expire.

Initial rejections regarding completion check of the the application are most likely from Ottawa CPC before it even comes to the local VO.... It seems that many applications are coming to local VOs only for the last stage when it comes to background check especially criminality.... the issue with EE is nothing is predictable and the process is no longer as clear as it was before... that is what many seniors are saying and they are right...
AOR: October 11, 2015.
BG Check: In progress (since Feb 11, 2016)
Category: OINP
Do we have any spreadsheet specific to our visa office? I guess that would be a good option and a guideline or a roadmap for the new applicants as this visa office is comparatively slow.

A question for those who have already received PPRs from ADVO.
What email address do they send it from, is it the same for all the candidates and always sent from Ottawa or do they use the local VO email address?
Also, does a PPR from ADVO come via MyCIC account or is it sent directly to the applicant's email?
I see.....well hopefully we get something soon... however, if it is related to quotas why do they not use a first come first serve style? people with earlier AOR should get a PPR before others if that is the case... and if a fair policy was followed..... perhaps it is randomness or maybe the mood of the officer who knows lol
Hi everyone.
I received my PPR today 14th April. I am planning to send the documents through Aramex to ADBO.
I am little concerned as my funds have been depleted to due to unforseen circumstances. Do I need to worry?
If you guys suggest I can make deposits and overcome the shortfall with some efforts, of course.

Yeah, Aramex is a good choice and is also preferred by ADVO/Canadian Embassy in Abu-Dhabi.
As futurecanadiannew123456 said, you'll need to show proof of funds at the time of landing. However, you can still deposit the deficit amount if it doesn't take too much of an effort, to be on the safe side. At the moment, visa office will just need to stamp the visa for you and rest of the formalities have been met, the reason they have sent you the PPR.
If you don't mind, would you please share your complete timeline and the application category. What email address did you get the PPR from?
Thanks
