I got my PPR yesterday.

Have to send Passports to Abu Dhabi. Any idea whih is better/quicker? Aramex or VFS? In the PPR letter, it says I can visit the Embassy in Abu Dhabi, but only on Mondays and Wednesdays between 9:30 am and 11:00 am. Any idea if this is correct? I read on this forum that they don't accept personal visits anymore.

Firstly, Congrats.

I believe you should raise CSE to include them to your application. Also, send to Ottawa.

When i submitted my Spouse and children renewed passports both sent to ADVO and Ottawa through CSE. Got reply within 7 days.

I will raise a CSE and email to both ABU DHABI AND OTTAWA. Hope they reply soon.

From OMAN you can use VFS GLOBAL or ARAMEX. Your PPR letter will have all the details on how to send your passports. All the best

Hi what was your reply.. my representative is suggesting that I sent the passports directly to advo without any cse or email... I am confused.

2 weeks since i have sent passports to ADVO, haven't heard anything since. No acknowledgement either whether they received the passports. Only a text message from aramax saying delivered. :

ADVO has one of the slowest processing times. Usually, it can take up to a month to deliver the passports. My advice would be is to be patient and to wait a little while longer
