I have no idea, my lawyer forwarded me the mail..it was from CIC on December 6th and Abu Dhabi was mentioned everywhere , plus got to submit my passport to them..pretty much this was the end of the mail

Well im assuming my security got started after they passed my 2nd medical..so around 3-4 months...my security was in progress since march though, as i had done upfront medical, but, they asked me to do it again for hep c delaying my application...im clean as fck lol

Not necessarily true, I have lived in India, Uk, spain, uae (those ones long term) and traveled like everywhere took same amount of time for me..but i had zero criminality issues
I agree - this is not necessarily true. How long background check takes has more to do with your national origin, and much less to do with how many countries you have visited (although there may be a certain correlation if you have been to "specific" countries.
