Contact BLS, they will provide the PCC from the Indian Embassy. They take 1 week to deliver. They keep your original passport with them and return it along with the PCC. BLS charges apply. You may have to provide white background passport size photos too.

BLS will need your passport, EAP II, photo with white background (51cm X 51cm) and a Dubai PCC to get your PCC. They charge Dhs. 147, and you will get it in 5-6 working days.
they will also need copies of your passport, visa and Emirates ID for this.

BLS is located in the Al Khaleej center in Bur Dubai. Go early - by 7:30 or you'll have to wait in a long queue. Avoid Saturday as that is really busy.

Strange to know they keep the passports with them. I am travelling to India next week for 20 days. If I apply PCC from there will that be processed and valid as I am staying outside India since last 10 months?

Application status: OPEN
Review of eligibility: REVIEW IN Progress.
Review of submitted documents: Provided.
Scheduling an interview: NOT need at this time.
Background check: NOT started
Final decision: Not Started.

I think you still have have wait of 1.5 months to get a decision. They've started some Sept and still finalizing end Aug. S tight and good luck!

i wud suggest that u apply for the pcc after coming back from india.. it only takes abt 4-5 days..
or else obtain it before if u can manage to submit ur applicatn before travelling..

Bella15, CANEE what we're the dates you submitted your PPs through VFS? Did you get a confirmation from VFS on what date they submitted to the embassy.

Also closing of application on MyCIC needs to happen before the stamping. Have you checked if there are any movements on that front?
