Received ppr on 14th April. Reached passport to advo on 17 th April through Aramex. Got passport at aramex on 5 th April.
We got passport today as custom clearance process is remaining. Due to custom process we got passport 8 th April. The whole process took 18 days. Due to custom and holiday it took 3 days extra.

I have already raise a CSE explaining my situation and asked for a VO change to ADVO. I'm just concerned whether I will be able to send my wife's passport to another country Abu Dhabi while shes is on a visit visa in Qatar. Do you think that is possible?

I see in your timeline that you have raised CSE for family passport. What was the issue if you could kindly share? - I sent renewed passports

How long did they take to respond to your CSE or possibly VO change? - I did not request for VO change. It is only for family renewed passports through CSE to ADVO and Ottwa and also by E mail to ADVO-. They took one week to get update

How much did Aramex charge for each passport and how long did it take to get the passport back? - QR/- 360

I believe while on visit you can not send your spouse passport to ADVO as she is on Visit? May i know which VO is referred apart from ADVO to send passports. Please send CSE to Ottawa also. you will get reply faster than ADVO.Also, i suggest to call CIC customer care.
