I got good news. An hour ago, I checked my cic account and found status changed to approved then 15 minutes later I received a call from VFS telling me my passport is back and ready to be picked up on Monday.
Timeline PPR 8 Aug,
At Visa Office 9 Aug.
Back at VFS and ready to pick up 30 Aug.

@johnsyk I have a quick question. My Review of additional documents is at 'We do not need additional documents' however the Background check is still 'Not applicable'. Was that the case with your file as well and it changed to IP2 and right after you received PPR?

Yes. I got my PPR in a little over a month after that.

Yes. I got my PPR in a little over a month after that.

Gave vfs my passport 20th august, i think it got delivered to the embassy on 22nd august. Hoping they finish it before my flight on 24th sep!

Someone else got that email, and thats only after he sent them a mail asking. By then I already sent my documents
