Yes, I am also waiting for my PPR after receiving BVL on 19th May. I can see in the tracker that all four stages has been completed and visa no. Study Permit and expiry dates have been issued. I am waiting for PPR since 19th May. I find it very strange that when full review has been completed then what is stopping PPR letter.

May I ask what's your intake date? There's some speculation about IRCC maybe not issuing the PPR right away to avoid people coming earlier than needed to Canada. I just want to see if there's a trend.

I wanted to ask you that have you seen anyone getting rejected for study permit even after getting the visa no. study permit and expiry date etc.?

Received BVL but no PPR but tracker shows the visa info and expiry. Timeline in the signatures.

thats just not possible because if you read the details mentioned above the study permit number and the rest of the details in the tracker it says:

"Once we APPROVE you for temporary residence in Canada, you’ll get a Study Permit. Your document details will be listed below.

Study Permit Document number: **********"

so hence, it answers it self.

Yes, what you are saying definitely makes sense. However, I am not sure which of their status facilities are accurate? IRCC Portal Account or the Application Status Tracker as both seems to fetch data from different databases. Tracker showing all four stages complete with visa info etc. Portal not showing that application is approved rather stating it is in progress and they are reviewing the Eligibility and background check.
I would love it if what tracker is saying is true because it is more in my favor
Yesterday was my Son's graduation Ceremony from AS Level and I wasn't able to answer properly to anyone who asked that what we are planning for his future. What a terrible situation to be in. If it was not a study permit then I would have never cared.

aw i can understand that must have been hard for you but no worries your son is sorted out as he has received the approval, just matter of time it comes through.

on the other hand me, i haven't even had BVL come through.

Don’t worry, you will get it very soon and both BVL and PPR together. Your application is going on track.
