Folks, need your help, please
We are FSW inland applicants. I'm on a PGWP and my spouse converted his SOWP to a TRV that will expire in March 2019.
My AOR is July 7th (I'm the PA). Spouse wants to go back for some work before March.
My question: in the event we still don't have news on our EE application, can he apply to renew his TRV?
2nd question: My child is a dependent in the EE application, and his TRV will expire in Sep 2019. Do I need to renew his in Feb (6th month mark)?
