Once again, this makes it confusing. The third option is living inside, looks like the second option is outland.
Second option states:
[ ] I am currently living outside Canada, and I am applying under the Family Class
Third option states:
[ ] I am currently living in Canada, and I am applying under the Family Class (not under the Spouse or Common Law Partner in Canada Class). I understand that I may be convoked to attend an interview at a visa office outside Canada.
I am having trouble as to which box I check off on the form IMM5589, to do the outland which box is it? Because it states as applying under the family class, but it doesnt say anything about common law?
The options are as follows
-I am currently living in canada, and i am applying under the spouse or common law partner in canada class.
-I am currently living outside Canada and I am applying under the family class.
-I am currently living inside canada, and I am applying under the family class (not under spouse or common law)
Do we choose the second one? This is very confusing.
Option 1: You are living in Canada. You have the option of inland or outland. You are choosing inland.
Option 2: You are not living in Canada. You have no choice. You must apply outland.
Option 3: You are living in Canada. You have the option of inland or outland. You are choosing outland.
Ok, now that that is sorted out, which mailing address do we send to if we are going to send with UPS? Is the mailing address for inland and outland the same if sending by a mail courier like UPS?
If you are sending the application by a courier service instead of by mail, use this address (no public drop-offs):
Case Processing Centre – Mississauga
2 Robert Speck Parkway, Suite 300
Mississauga, ON
L4Z 1H8
