I want to knaow that if I get LMO/LMIA from employer. I can change my study permit to work permit. Will I have to face difficulties while applying permanent residence

I mean you will change your status only after receiving LMIA which is legal. So immigration officer will not question you. If you change in between by dropping from your school or working illegally then you can expect such issues. If not you are good to go. Don't worry

Yes I am thinking about dropping my study and get LMIA from my employer where I am doing part time work.

Confirm with your employer first. LMIA is a very tedious process and very few employers will accept to go through that process
