Open work permit to Study permit

Hi everyone, need a few clarifications.

1. If I am on a study permit and my wife with (spouse) open work permit, Once I complete my studies, can she apply for a study permit and start studying? (She got a study permit refusal outside Canada)
2. When applying for a study permit within Canada, does she need to show all the documents such as bank statements, etc like we show while applying from outside Canada?
3. If she starts her studies, can I change my visa from a study permit to an open work permit?
