i suggest you write your sop and also write a separate letter of explanation for the refusal i wich you will address the refusal reasons
and in the main application form there is a field called were you previously denied entry to canada you will have to mention your refusal there too if you dont you could get banned

Assume ECE. How is ECE related supermedical stream assume that is one of the issues? Your IELTS are just enough but would be better if they were stronger.

My study visa was rejected owing to language ability. My band score was L=6.5 R=5.5 S=6.5 W=6.0. I applied in Toronto for September intake. I did senior secondary in non medical with 79% . Now i want to apply in Quebec . Plz suggest me for strong SOP
