I have a question. The validity of the nomination certificate is 6 months within the issue date. But currently, it takes 6 months to get the AOR from IRCC. What happens if they start processing our files after the nomination expires? Or if IRCC returns our file for completion of some documents, can we ask for an extension?

I believe ircc stamps the date when the application is received at their end. so application should be sent within six months

I think so. But in any case I will ask OINP for confirmation, after 3-4 months.
