Hi,
Can anybody please let me know where to check when the master’s stream open? Do we get to know on the day it opens or even before that? I have just 1 year left to apply but I’m not sure if I should do it by myself or hire a consultant. Please help!

They used to but they didn't announce it last year like they usually do. Check the website everyday. Keep refreshing your browser from 9.30 am to 10.30 am. That's what I am doing also.

OINP is moving from first come first serve for JOIS, JOFW and Master stream to points based, further details are expected soon.

I wonder what is keeping them from publishing the changes. I had expected that would be the first message of January. All the same I keep checking everyday to see if the stream is open cuz I don't want any surprises.

On safe side keep on checking but the ranking system for JOIS, JOFW and Master stream was what OINP indicated in the last quarter of 2020. Details will come out soon

No, you can only have the confirmation from the courier. The file number will be available when they start processing our application (AOR). Currently, it takes about 6 months from the date they receive our file.
