I have a question
I’m in PEI got a nomination on November 23 and get invitation for Express entry on Nov 25. My scores are 922 now. As i got married in August 2019 when i was on my work permit. After marriage i applied for spousal open work permit for my husband because he is in india. He got refusal with the reason that my job is not under NOC B. But now i got nomination and ITA in same job NOC of food service supervisor. I’m going to apply for my federal with non-accompanying spouse . Will there be any risk to my file for putting my spouse non-accopmying?
