About Knowing Reason for rejection

Hello all i had applied for Visitor Visa on 27/09/2019 & i had received my passport on 11/10/2019 but i had not get visitor visa so how to know what was the reason for rejection of Visitor Visa for Canada

I think an email or letter should be sent to you to indicate the reasons why you were refused a visa.

But within how many days they will send me its already 27 days gone but still not received any E-mail or any letter...???

passport is submitted in case of paper application,and u get a reasoned printout in the sealed envelope when its returned,u can also check on gckey account online

But my agent had said me that mail will be come regarding rejection
