Hi everyone, I am study in Canada now, but need to extend my work permit. I'm under 17 yrs old so the custodian declaration would be required when I apply to extend the study permit. But on the CIC online application, they only need my passport, photo, bank balance and letter of acceptance . So I'm confusing about is it something wrong on the eligible questions or they do not need custodian declaration any more.
