hi guys i m frm india i submit m application under family stream at edmonton in sep 2008 ,and got file no on 27 mar 2009 ,after that i recived two time leeter about additional informatin but today sistuation i have not got any informatin about my application status

after that they asked me to submit additional documents on feb 2010
which i have submitted and still waiting for nomination.
i know at least 3 guys with same situation.

My case seems to be going very different i submitted my documents on November 2009. Received a letter not by me but by my sponsor on February 2010 saying that my sponsor will be my source of contact there was no case number on the letter. Then came the second letter not to me but to my sponsor on April 2010 asking for some more documents and to submit them within 6 months.
hi to alll ,igot nomination on 12may ,ihave some problem the ainp send me a kit , hea also tell me about language test not older then one year ,but my test is older than one year is there is complsery for both of us me and my wife do ielts test agian ,and how many band we required , plz tell me as soon as possibel

congrats for your nomination,,, what is your visa office? most of the visa offices does not require IELTS for Provincial nominee though it is required for federal.
you can check you checklist and see if it is marked as required "P".
if it is required, then it is better that you do ielts again so that it is not older than 1 year.

hi everybody i m akm frm punjab i got nomination under ainp family stream, on 12may and i submit application for PR with nomination certificate and other doc on july 26 at new Delhi ,but my paper was return to me on 3 aug ,due to uncompleted.i have some question plz reply me as soon as possible
1. birth certificate is necessary for both principal applicant and spouse & my sponsor,because i have only (10th) D.M.C as a proof of birth date
2 is it necessary university transcript copy of degree in sealed envelop, of my and my spouse

I also applied in Sep. 2008, n got nomination in Jan. 2010. My visa office Islamabad but my filed was transferred to London on June 30, 2010. Till then no news, just waiting. I heard that London office will start work on Islamabad office in Feb. 2011. Hope for the best. Further, although i am a provincial nominee, but they asked me for copy of my IELTS, which I submitted along with university transcripts of me and my spouse (not sealed one).
