Hello all, I'm not sure am I in right place to ask this question but here I am anyway.
As stated on the title, am I eligible to work full time with OCWP(off campus work permit) after graduate school? The both my study permit and OCWP valid till 30th August 2014 and I will be graduate on May 16th.
I study a year and my PGWP(post graduation work permit) won't be too long (it would be a year) so I was thinking how about if I delay to apply for PGWP around a couple of month and buy some extra time for PNP apply.
There is a new regulation apply from June 1st that they can work right after graduate while waiting for answer for PGWP though.
Any thought or experience?
