Yes, you got NOI. ITA is when you'll get nominated and get invited in next round of invitation. Even if you apply with Alberta they have a condition your profile should be valid for 3+ months. Withdraw your EE profile, create a new one. if you got NOI through general EE round of invitation, explain them your situation, if Tech Pathway, just send a new form.
I'm planning to apply to the AAIP Accelerated Tech Pathway.
NOC : 2133
CRS: 451
Studied in Alberta and worked for 2 years + 2 years Internship.
I am currently working for the Research and Development Team of a Railway company in Alberta. However, i am not too sure if my company would qualify for the Eligible North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes. My job duty falls under 5414: Specialized Design Services and 5417: Scientific Research and Development Services but my company would be under the Railway transportation code.
Is anyone familiar with this requirement ? Should I take the risk and apply with a detailed reference letter explaining my duty ? Have you guy had any luck with applying thru this path with a non eligible NAICS?

My Employer wrote a very detailed letter explaining my job duties. Hopefully that should be good enough. Do you happen to see any other cases where they got rejected from not having a qualified NAICS codes.
