@Mohsack...I am very happy for you but could you share the format for writing the explanation letter? I have same problem as the IRCC is asking me to explain why i am not in the military? Asking me to fill the IMM5546E form as well. I never joined the army.

Hello,

I did get message like that few weeks ago. 8 resolved it by writing telling them that I could not provide such document because I never served in the military or held any Ukraine government position. I also referred to form IMM5257 columns 4, 5, 6 and 7

Hi. We just got to know from our lawyer that this case has set for a hearing on 3rd July. Now, we have to prepare affidavit and memorandum again before hearing. Please pray for us. Thanks.

Inshaallah, You will get the final decision before the hearing. as I know, the IRCC never attend a hearing they are always trying to finalize the application before that.
