Can Anyone apply for citizenship before PR renewal ?


for example if some one stays with expired card but applied for citizenship before,

then however later applies for PR renewal is that possible ?

Yes, you can apply for PR renewal anytime after you have applied for citizenship.

Since my PR card is expired when I apply for citizenship I will give photocopy of the

landing paper right that will work right ?

You should give photocopy of your expired PR card as well. PR card is a travel document, so even if it is expired you are still a PR.
 
Give copies of both your Record of Landing and PR card (back and front)
