A question about the applicant consent form in OINP application

Hello

I have a question and I would appreciate an answer from anyone who went through a similar experience.

In my Express Entry profile my wife is not accompanying me, and I received a NOI from Ontario and I am currently applying to OINP.

In OINP, I have to submit the applicant consent form and it needs to be signed by accompanying spouses.

She will not sign it since she is not accompanying now. But the question is, would that prevent me from adding her to my Express Entry profile in the future?

Hi, my sister is currently having same issues, her spouse is not accompanying, should her spouse still sign or not?
