Dear brothers,

I am an engineer from Pakistan, currently living and working in Saudi Arabia...
I had applied under skilled worker class category..!!

On 15 December 2014, I received an email from CIC Intake office stating positive determination of eligibility for my application!!
It was also stated that my application was forwarded to VISA OFFICE for processing...

Since than I have not received any other emails till date.
I tried to check status of my application through CIC website, but website does not recognize me.

Please advise as how can I check status of my application, and what time should I expect for the complete processing??? :-\ :-\

Just login into ECAS of CIC. There you can find out details about current status of your application. By the way when did your application arrived at CIO and what was your NOC.

You must immediately contact the WES. Because it is not mentioning any equivalency as per the ECA table of CIC which is provided to WES to follow.

With your existing evaluation outcome you seem to receive no point because this is not one of the outcome mentioned in CIC evaluation table. Therefore you should contact WES in this regard.

Hi, if this had been evaluated as 'equivalent to 3 or more years of study', you would have gotten 23 points for bachelor of laws. But with the designation as 3 years of professional study, you won't get any points. Request for a re-evaluation from WES, that based on CIC guidelines, your qualification was not adequately assessed.

Global Case Management System (GCMS). You can read about it on CIC website here, http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/pia/global-phase2.asp

It's way for CIO to store details of an immigration application and track the application through various and departments during the application process. It tells an application's case history.

You can apply for one here, http://www.gcmsfile.com/ but only if you live/work in Canada.

Dear pipsi, i want a suggestion from you about my job; i want to leave my job but i have experience letter from my company which i submit to CIC and got PER in December.Now what will happen to my application if i leave my job today? and want start my own business.
Secondly, i got my experience letter from my company to tell them that i want to apply for higher education.My company write on the last line in my letter "for geeting admission in university" . I cut these words from my experience letter and send it to CIC.

Is it creat a problem or not to my application.

Please give your expert opinion.

Application started being processed at NDVO on January 22nd.
Approximately, how long do we need to wait for the MR email?
Also, will they schedule an interview, after MR is sent?

Cutting the last line from your experience letter was not wise but since the details of the letter were not altered you shouldn't have any problem
