I'm currently studying at McGill, going into my second year, but I'll be requiring a new study permit since my last one only lasted for one year. I recently applied for a new study permit (IMM 1294) from outside of Canada, but only received a student visa and not the letter for my study permit. I used a document service/representative to handle the process (I applied to the New York, NY office), since I'm not in the US, and they're pretty sure they haven't misplaced anything, and I haven't received the letter via email either.
So my questions: Is it possible to request for the letter to be sent/resent? Should I even be using this application form?
Has anybody else been in a similar situation?
