Does anyone know how long after you receive the letter that a decision has been made that you get your actual permanent residence card?

The permanent resident card process doesn't start until you are actually confirmed as a permanent resident through either landing in Canada using your COPR or through being notified via email that your landing has been completed electronically.

It's taking around 4 months to receive the permanent resident card right now including mailing times.

What letter did you get? You could paste a portion of the letter (removing name etc).
