I strongly doubt that. The lowest I can really see it going is 435, unless they do a huge draw. If you look at the distribution from the spreadsheet, 410 would be a huge chunk of the profiles.

People, including you, do need to be considerate and name subjects more specifically. This place is worse and getting harder and harder to gain useful information from this forum because these people (You) think it will attract people into discussion. No it's not. What it does is clutters the discussion board. What you did is indeed damaging the board.
By starting threads with a simple title like "9th Draw", I have no idea whether the thread is about prediction, or an announcement, or questions, or whatever.
On this topic (Ref: OP), e.g., how about "My prediction of the 9th draw" or "Share you thoughts on my prediction of coming draw"?
AS YOU CAN ALL SEE DOESNT MATTER WHATEVER INVITATIONS GIVEN OUT VERY FEW PEOPLE HAVE THEIR DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED .. I AM GUESSING (WITHOUT ANY STATS LOL) they will be plunging way down 320 cutoff cause most of the precentile of applicants in the pool are more in 300-400 category below is the spreadsheet
